There so much to do in preparing for your wedding day that it's no surprise that many brides end up recording huge amounts of stress during the pre-wedding period. How do you cope with chronic stress before a wedding? This is exactly what we'll be discussing below.

Exercise
It can be awfully tempting to start skipping workouts before your wedding. This may be due to time constraints in particular. However, I would encourage you to keep your regular workout schedule as regular exercise is a great stress reducer.

Sleep
It's not uncommon to skimp on sleep during the pre-wedding time period. Make sure you get enough rest as this will probably help you accomplish more during the day. It may be tempting to stay up late at night preparing wedding favors and other things but getting a good nights rest can actually help you get more done in less amount of time.

Went to see someone
When do you see a professional? It's never harmful to seek help for your stress management. Seeing a psychologist in Toledo Ohio can be particularly useful.
